En novembre 2023, j'ai envoyé un e-mail à l'hôtel pour réserver 3 nuits en juin 2024. Alix m'a répondu avec des instructions de virement et m'a demandé de transférer l'argent à l'hôtel. Notre banque Chase a effectué le virement, mais j'ai ensuite été informé que cela n'avait pas réussi. Donc, le 6 décembre, notre banquier a essayé à nouveau et a réussi à transférer 495 € à l'Hôtel Du Barry. Après cela, j'ai envoyé de nombreux e-mails à l'hôtel pour leur demander de vérifier leur compte bancaire et de confirmer notre réservation. Mais personne n'a jamais répondu à mes e-mails. C'est tellement frustrant. Nous avons transféré l'argent et nous avons le destinataire du virement. Pourquoi ne répon...
Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel magnifique, avec une décoration splendide. La chambre était très agréable et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le spa, délicatement aménagé avec de la musique douce et des huiles essentielles, offrant une vue sur la montagne. Un restaurant de qualité, avec des plats originaux, surprenants et raffinés (comme l'œuf parfait, le porc ou le dessert aux pommes, avec 5 étoiles pour la glace à la fève tonka !). Le tout dans une atmosphère très apaisante, avec une équipe charmante et accueillante. Nous souhaitons y revenir !
We spent a week there. Beautiful hotel, well located and quiet...in the greenery. Very warm welcome, kindness and professionalism from the staff: Alix, Manon and Samantha.
