We arrived at Gattieres on a Sunday evening, hungry and in need of rest and refreshment. Finding Le Manon, at around 8.30 fairly full but with several empty tables, we asked for a table and were advised that as we had not booked, would we mind coming back in an hour's time. Wearily, we traipsed around the village, finding everything closed, and returned, expectantly at 9.30. We found that there were still empty tables, but the waitress told us that the restaurant was full. She asked us to wait, while she crossed the road to a sister take-away pizza restaurant, which had several empty tables, to ask the manager if we could sit there, however a man approached us ?the manager) and brusquely ask...

Petit restaurant sans prétention dans le village perché de Gattières avec d'excellentes pizzas servies dans un agréable jardin extérieur. Les pizzas sont énormes mais avec une fine croûte très légère, donc pas étouffantes et avec des garnitures délicieuses. Les fraises cultivées localement sont un dessert charmant lorsque disponibles. Pas de vue, mais un service amical.

J'ai séjourné dans le village pendant 3 nuits et j'y suis allé tous les soirs pour prendre un verre et une fois pour un repas. Ce n'est pas un endroit touristique, ce qui est idéal. La nourriture était plutôt bonne, mais nous aurions dû prendre une pizza qui avait l'air délicieuse pour 10 €. L'atmosphère était agréable et le personnel très sympathique.

Première visite, et certainement pas la dernière. Maison standard, très bon plat de la journée à 13€50, servi sur la terrasse agréable, autrement ardoise de la journée avec des prix modérés. Service assez rapide, parking gratuit à proximité, bref un très bon moment, beaucoup de habitués comme clients. Un nom changé, le sian da qui maintenant. Réservez une table maintenant

Well there are very few restaurants on the Riviera where you feel welcomed, including during the summer season. In Le Manon, during the Opera ferstyival of Gattieres, warm welcome in the name of the game as well as a simple cuisine focused on salads and pizzas.

New restaurant offering excellent provencal dishes. It was reviewed by Winner three years ago with glowing reports. There is a lovely private garden to sit and enjoy your food or drinks during the spring and summer months.

Un des meilleures pizzas que j'ai jamais mangées et de délicieuses fraises locales fraîches pour le dessert. Des portions généreuses et un service impeccable. 10/10, je reviendrais manger ici sans hésiter.

A great restaurant with the best Pizzas we ever ate. The menu seems limited but all the choices we made were really good. Very nice atmosphere except for the midgies but that's nature's fault). Réservez une table maintenant

Splendid for a family visit, a restaurant frequented by both locals and visitors. Really great pizzas, which should not be missed.

One of the best pizzas I have ever had! Also a lovely garden to sit out in for lunch. Strongly recommend it.
