I absolutely love Hot Bagel! They make the best breakfast sandwiches around, far surpassing any other local delis or breakfast spots in the area. While the owner has a monotone voice that some might interpret as "rude," I’ve always found both him and his wife to be very polite. I've been a customer for years, and they always greet me with a "good morning" before I place my order and thank me after I wish them a good day.
A few years after driving by. Very dissatisfied with quality, speed, customer service and waiting time. Bagels may also have been out of Thomas Bagels' pockets, they hardly put a thin film of cream cheese on the bagels, it took 15 minutes for 4 Bagels, 3 with cream cheese, and the gentleman just ignored me up when I asked to be roasted. I had to ask him three times until he said well in a glittering tone.
The husband is very rude and disrespectful. I ordered food from there recently he messed up 2 of my orders i showed him. This guy had the nerve to scream at me slamming the food on the counter and yelling nothing was wrong with it in front of a store full of customers! He just lost the business of an entire elementary school. 6/23
Just don't bother going here. The owner is beyond rude. I walked out before I could finish my order. Oh and there's a $10 minimum for cards. How can you have that at a deli? A lot of people will stop for just a sandwich. Go across the street in the ShopRite plaza to miracle bagels. They're great!
