Hot Breads has lost its charm, once known for its authentic Punjabi style food, thanks to the awesome Punjabi chef they had, has now lost its reputation.Curries are now having the same tomato base with tons of cream.I used to enjoy their paneer kadhaii afraid don’t have photos from the past) just looking at the curry and the signature red and green capsicum used to make me drool. Now the curries look below average and even worst, the taste is not memorable.Same thing for the malai kofta.What disappointed me further was they served me “STALE” … dabeli, it was smelling horrible the moment I opened the take out box. We stopped at this bakery on our way home, and I am sure glad we did because everything I purchased was delicious. Mango Cakes, Black Forrest Cake, and Tiramisu were delicious--soft, melt-in-your-mouth creamy. Sweet, but not too sweet. Just baby bear, right! The Samosas and everything else we bought was also authentic and delicious! I found a new place to fill my tummy. We will be back! ?

I love hot breads, most things are exactly how you would find in India. The special chicken biryani is probably the best I have had in Boston so far. Also the pastries are amazing. This is always our go-to when craving authentic Indian food! Must visit!

Samosas are not crisp, probably made day before and microwaved, pastry is super oily... good people though.

The best place to get Indian bakery items, puffy, cakes and biscuits. They also sell good Indian foods.
