Hot Chikn Kitchn - Réserver une table

My daughter and I were looking for something different to eat, but didn 't want a full service restaurant. While we were looking around online, we came across HCK. Since we are from TN, and we do love our hot chicken, this was what we decided on. When we got out of the car, the first thing we both said, This place smells amazing. And when we walked in the front door, we knew we were at the right place. The gentleman at the counter was super helpful, friendly, and was answering all the questions we were throwing at him. At this point, the owner walked up and started talking to us. He explained how fresh the food was, how he makes the sauce, how he builds the sandwiches, etc. We got to talking...

Last night I placed an order through DoorDash from this place. DoorDash notified me that the dasher had an issue and my order was cancelled. I quickly went to the store and got there right at closing time. I explained to them what happened and they told me a dasher had came in for my food and taken it. They were very apologetic even though it wasn't their fault at all. They offered to remake the whole meal at no charge and even gave me a free drink. The whole staff was super nice! As for the food 10/10 !

Just flew in from San Diego and need to grab some food. What a great choice!! Service was friendly and helpful, food was excellent and if we lived here we'd eat here a LOT! Thank you for sending us on our way with a great, satisfying, and friendly experience. If you are in the area, stop and enjoy some great food and great hospitality!! Oh? And?! Music was GREAT; but I'm old so .....

me and my husband came in today to get food came out fast and hot and one of your employees laneisha took my order and gave us a warm welcome in with a beautiful smile on her. best employee y’all have. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30
