Wanted to try this place due to the great reviews but little by little my opinion of this place declined to the point that I just walked out. When I first came in, the person taking our order seemed so tired of his job and bored and was mumbling as we told him our order. Then when I went to sit down, the table I initially sat at was COMPLETELY sticky. Not just one area, the entire table. The floors were also sticky and I could feel it as I was walking around. I decided to get up and take a look at the prep stations, and no surprise, they were also not being kept clean, with parts of waffle, chicken etc. all over the stations. Last night I placed an order through DoorDash from this place. DoorDash notified me that the dasher had an issue and my order was cancelled. I quickly went to the store and got there right at closing time. I explained to them what happened and they told me a dasher had came in for my food and taken it. They were very apologetic even though it wasn't their fault at all. They offered to remake the whole meal at no charge and even gave me a free drink. The whole staff was super nice! As for the food 10/10 !
I drove to this location on a Thursday afternoon before shopping at Potomac Mills and enjoyed my visit. The store sits in a strip mall about a mile or so across from Potomac Mills not easily seen from the road. The inside looks clean even if the furnishings look older and more rustic. Finally got to come here after waiting for the opening! And it did not disappoint! You?re greeted as soon as you walk in, good selection of 90?s and early 2000?s pop and rock playing. My boyfriend and I both got the chicken sandwich. He said it needed more coleslaw (his preference) but mine was perfect. Definitely the best chicken sandwich I have had, especially around here. Amazing chicken sandwiches! The after burner sauce is perfect amount of spice! The fries are so crispy and delicious! The tenders are very good as well! 10/10 ???? It was out first time there and they were super nice explained the whole menu to us and the different types of sauce.
