Hot Chilli - Réservation de table

We ordered our takeaway at 6pm and got told it would be delivered at 7:40pm. At 8pm we rang to see where it was and got told we would be pushed forward as they was busy which is understandable with the circumstances, we rang again at 8:15 and we got told we couldn’t be told a time as they didn’t want to say and it could be longer, and that they knew we would get annoyed with them. We then rang again at 9pm and they didn’t really know what was going on. Our takeaway finally arrived at 10pm, not really apologetic and didn’t have a explanation. Ordered a delivery at 6pm for a 7.30pm arrival thinking 1.5 hours notice was plenty of time. At 8pm I called and they said the order was on the way. By 10pm it had still not arrived. I phoned again and the person who answered the phone said he couldn’t find my order and put the phone down on me!!!! I basically waited over 2.5 hours for a delivery which never arrived. Absolute appalling customer service and I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Me my husband really enjoyed our 2nd year of going for Valentine’s Day meal. Brilliant service even whilst they was busy, food is amazing and drinks where served and replenished when they saw we needed another. Nice clean restaurant and I even got a lovely red rose and box of chocolates xx

Ordered meal at 5:30pm. Rang restaurant at 7:00pm to be told theirs a two hour wait. Rang restaurant at 8:00pm to be told my order had been missed but would be prioritised. At 9:30pm no food has arrived and the phone has been taken off the hook so Uncontactable. Poor, very poor Réservez une table maintenant

decided to try the Sunday special with my son. mixed kebab starter a pilli pilli a buna for net. no alcohol license, but they even let us provide our own with a glass ice cream. excellent tasty eating generous... portions recommend it definitiw.

I had my first experience at Hot Chilli last night and the food was absolutely delicious! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant has been renovated to a high standard. I highly recommend this place.
