So I saw this video on Facebook recommending this place, and you know me, I say, let's take a ride! So we got the famous Texas wieners, all the way wieners! It's a fried hotdog on a bun with their special made chili and cheese with raw onions. I skipped the onion as I only like them sautéed. Sorry if I offend anyone, but I was disappointed in the taste. The chili was like a gravy rather than a sweet chili sauce. I didn't like the flavor. However, they have other items to choose like burgers, beefs, and all-day breakfast. The other dishes may be good without the chili gravy. I wouldn't mind trying something else. The fries had a good crunch, but unfortunately, I got them with the special chil...
Worst place ever! Food was horrible, cashier was rude, never again. First and last time! My son who will eat any kind of hot dog said it was disgusting. Cole slaw was tasteless and absolutely no seasoning. My daughters burger looked and tasted like a burger straight from a prison cafeteria. Roast beef tasted a few days too old and the seasoning in the gravy tasted like they added way too much sugar and cinnamon. This is an absolute disgrace!
Having grown up in the area, I have fond memories of visiting this restaurant after playing in Nash Park across the street as a child. Whenever I am in the area now, I always make sure to stop by and enjoy the best chili dogs in the world! They are absolutely amazing, especially when ordered "all the way" with fries smothered in gravy. My family and I often order a bunch of them to go so we can savor them at home.
This restaurant has remained the best over the years. My grandma used to bring me here when I was younger, and now my friends and family all love it too. You have to try the cheeseburgers with all the fixings, they are amazing. We already knew the hot dogs with all the toppings were good as well. Whether you're in the area or not, you should definitely give them a try - and they even deliver!

This restaurant is amazing! Their hot dogs are the best in New Jersey. I highly recommend getting two dogs loaded with all the toppings, along with a side of chili cheese fries. And don't miss out on the roast beef sandwich on a hard roll with extra gravy. It's like a heavenly experience of delicious meat soaked in divine gravy!
After hearing so many praises about the food at this restaurant, I visited with high hopes. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The hot dogs tasted better at the airport and food trucks, and I did not enjoy the chili sauce. Despite living nearby, I'm not sure if I would consider returning.
Just as good as the day they opened in the fifties. Four generations of our our family have enjoyed the great Texas Wieners served here. Most of the 'old counter guys ' are gone, but the new ones learned their trade and the lingo well!
Great place for hotdogs! I’m a relish-ketchup-mustard kind of guy so I was disappointed when I got their popular chili hotdog. But it’s all good, I’ll go back again.

The food is consistently delicious, but it's disappointing to be charged $1 for gravy and not receive any.
The hotdogs were dry and terrible, I had to throw half of them away. I will not be ordering them again.
