I always enjoyed the food here at HH. My wife and I usually arrange a doorbell. To my understanding, the food is placed in a bag, and the door window takes it up and supplies it. It's up to the restaurant to make sure everything goes into the bag. The last times I ordered, my order will be grounded. This last time, they didn't deliver the 2 chips I ordered. When I called the store, they told me I had to complain to complain about the door. I told them I wanted my chips. What, they gave me the chips bag. What is the point of the door when I have to drive to get the food that was missed? Yeah, I'm glad I got my missing chips for which I paid and had to move. Just remember that the process must be improved. Shouldn't let anyone pick up an order that's not completed. Someone should check the order before it gets picked up. IF that was the only time I had just moved on. But it always happens. The woman did it with them. Once she got her mind. It doesn't change. Hopefully, HH will fix this or lose a customer.
