On our way from Niagara Falls to Fort Drum, we stumbled upon Hercules Candy after seeing them online. I had been searching for a brewery with food along our route and discovered Hot House. Our previous trip had leaned heavily toward meat dishes, so this time I opted for the Mediterranean Panini, while my companion chose a Cuban sandwich. Though it wasn't made with traditional Cuban bread, it was much closer to the real thing than a lackluster attempt we had in Illinois. I stopped by this restaurant while running errands and absolutely loved the atmosphere. I tried the vanilla peach wheat beer, which was wonderfully refreshing for the season! The bartender was very friendly and addressed all my questions. Although I didn't order any food, the dishes being prepared around me smelled incredible. I can't wait to sample some menu items on my next visit, and I'm definitely planning to come back during the fall and holiday season to see the seasonal plants and check out the gift shop.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. This restaurant offers a delightful atmosphere and delicious food. My wife and I took our daughter out for a birthday dinner, and it was an amazing experience. The staff was attentive and the service was quick. The pretzels were tasty, but the cheese and mustard were exceptional. The sandwiches and loaded nachos were generously portioned and very flavorful. We’re excited to go back and enjoy the live music and explore more of their drink selection.
Just returned from our first visit to Hot House Brewery. We tried flights of their beer and a nice sit down dinner in the greenhouse. The beers were tasty, but the best part for us was the food. The food is all locally sourced and fresh. See pictures of our dinners. Highly recommended. We all agreed we would certainly be back here again.

The appetizer had me in helllooo. Brezeln and beer cheese that die for! Live music too. Our waitress was very energetic and enthusiastic! Love them, love all holiday decorations and only the mood of the place... never knew that this place was in my backyard cicero/ syracuse. Go on! Love the ambience! See you soon.
I rated it 3 stars because I usually have great service there. However, today was disappointing. I sat for 15 minutes after being told to take a seat, and during that time, two different waiters walked past without checking on us. So, we decided to leave and go somewhere else.
I've dined there several times and the food is excellent, with generous portion sizes. The beer is also very good. However, I'm concerned because it's now listed for sale on Zillow, which worries me that we might be losing this fantastic brewery.
Super cool spot! All the staff members were super friendly, beer was good and the food was great as well! They have ample outside seating and a cool gift shop with local goods once your done with your meal/drinks!

The staff here is fantastic and incredibly friendly! The beer is outstanding, and we enjoyed a delicious appetizer. Plus, there's live music!
