Just to put something in perspective...this fast food eatery is opposite my favourite bar in St Helens...I sometime drink and I sometimes don 't. ...either way...once I leave the News Room then this place is opposite. I have so far never been disappointed. The guys working there are so polite and obliging...even if I have had a couple too many. My review though is based on today. I been playing darts in a match at the Talbot and popped here afterwards...I ordered a chicken kebab (they are very good from here) and a young lad (18 max) made my naan in the clay oven. The food at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. We ordered three 12-inch pizzas, one of which was completely burned and inedible. Another pizza was slightly burned and dry, and it was missing some of the toppings. We also ordered two burgers, which were just okay. However, we specifically requested no mayo on the chicken burger, but it came covered in mayo. We used to love ordering from this place, but this experience has made us reconsider. I had to give it one star so I could leave a review, but if possible, I would give it zero stars.
I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and was very disappointed. The food was overcooked and lacked flavor. The seafood pizza had only about 10 small prawns and no taste or sign of tuna. The starters were burnt and tasteless, with a poorly made salad. I used to enjoy the food here, but after not ordering for a year, I will be avoiding this place in the future. On a positive note, the delivery was quick and the driver was friendly. It's unfortunate to see such a decline in quality at this establishment.
This restaurant experience was extremely disappointing. We waited for 45 minutes for our two kebabs, only to receive an order with mistakes. One of the kebabs had no sauce, was overcooked, and dry. When we called to request a replacement, we were told by the chef that it was correct and that we would have to wait another hour for our food. Additionally, the staff did not speak good English and were argumentative when we tried to complain.

I recently had a chicken doner delivered to me that was excessively greasy, as if it had been deep fried. The wrapper it came in was torn from the oil. When I contacted the restaurant to address the issue, all I received was a quick apology. A few days later, I ordered a doner kebab without onions, but it arrived with a large amount of onions on top. Their excuse was that they were busy.
I ordered chicken tonight and was very disappointed. It looked nothing like the picture, which made me think it might be similar to KFC. Unfortunately, the chicken was very dry with no seasoning at all. I will not be ordering from here again. The picture did not accurately represent the food that was served.
The meal was delicious as always, with the doner and chips being standout dishes. My daughter particularly enjoyed the pizza. Daniel provided excellent delivery service, being very friendly and delivering our order ahead of schedule. We will definitely be ordering from here again.
The restaurant used to be great, but now it's not up to par. I ordered a chicken kebab with all the toppings, but was disappointed to receive pre-cooked chicken thrown onto bread with just mayo. It was a joke.

I just ordered the special kebab mix with a bit of everything. I consider myself very particular when it comes to food, and I have to say, this is one of the best kebabs in St. Helens. Thank you!
