I ordered delivery through the Pizza Hut app, and my order was processed via DoorDash, which was fine initially. However, I received the wrong pizza. I called multiple times in an attempt to resolve the issue, but the Pizza Hut staff refused to take responsibility. They kept hanging up on me regarding the order, so I advise caution if you're considering ordering from this location. Their customer service is unprofessional, and they seem to place the blame on DoorDash, despite the fact that I didn't order through their app. It was a frustrating waste of both time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this place; it has definitely declined in quality.
Pizza was as expected. The restaurant and seating area seemed fine but the mens restroom has a pretty bad case of neglect... The urinal had heavy mineral build up and the sink has a major drain pipe leak to the point I think most all the water ran into the bucket placed below it. The sad point there is the sind drain connector pipes are readily accessible and would be a cheap repair. Just seems no more attention is put to it than to place a bucket under it. Generally not an item I would rate a place on but this did seem definitely worse that the average.
I ordered online and live about 20 minutes from the restaurant. I ended up waiting over an hour for my food because they tried to deliver it three different times. I've never come to this place before, but I thought I would give it a shot with just two items. Unfortunately, I will continue to warn everyone not to come here.
The worst cardboard 3 day old trash I have ever spent money on in all my life!! Never have I done a bad review but this last time going to pizza hit in Roosevelt was over the top the worst waist of money and time I have ever experienced in “take out” In all my life!

We haven't been to Pizza Hut in years. We just moved here. It's an amazing small town. We were starving and had just finished unpacking. Wings and pizza hot the spot. I'm in love with Pizza Hut again.
I ordered pizza for me and my coworkers through the website and never received my order... $50 of pizza not received, and by the time I noticed it hadn't been delivered the store was already closed.
The customer service was good and the food was good. We walked in and ordered and waited for our food to take home and it wasn't a very long wait.
Side fries for $4.69. What a joke. This an employee light hand or Bidenomics ? This isn 't even a small at McDonalds. What a shame.
