Yet another awful order Sunday night. Pork Balls arrived dry and chewy, chow mein had no flavour whatsoever and was luke warm and don’t even get me started on the measly pieces of chicken that was added to my sweet n sour chicken HK style it was an absolute joke. Sick to death of spending money with you and food arrives poor quality. You need to step your game up Hot Wok Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
The food was delicious and the staff made a tremendous effort to ensure our order was accurate despite being very busy. I was so impressed by the dedication of the staff that I have given this restaurant a 5-star rating. The service was excellent, the meal was for dinner, and the price per person was between £90-100. The food quality was rated a 4, service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.
The noodles were extremely hard and greasy, while the pancake roll was soggy and fell apart. It was a completely unpleasant experience, so I would not recommend going there for a nice dinner. The service, meal type, and atmosphere all received a low rating of 1. The price per person ranged from £10-20.
The food is always fresh and plentiful from here. Best Chinese in Sudbury. I useally to go here because I like the rice compared to other chinese, but the last time it was definitely below standard. I think there was a different person cooking the rice and chowmains which would account for this. Bring back the other chief. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
Overall, my experience at this restaurant was average. The service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The atmosphere was also just okay, not too remarkable. I would consider coming back but I wasn't blown away by any aspect of my visit.
