Ordered some takeaway and it arrived early. The driver had forgotten our drinks but the lady from the restaurant was very apologetic and ended up delivering them herself. We ordered munch boxes for and there was plenty of food however, way TOO...greasy. The oil in the fryer needs to be changed ASAP. The chips were very dark in colour so I ended up not eating any of them. Besides the munch box, you get a separate container with egg fried rice which was good. The satay sauce was very lovely but the curry sauce again was way too greasy that the oil was separated. I and a few friends love this place and it quickly became my most popular places to eat out! it's even a place where I'm going to eat when I feel down because the staff and eating are so good! eating is amazing, we have ordered some dishes, but my friends and I have barely scratched the surface! This charming little restaurant is located near the intersection of Borough Road and Linthorpe Road in Middlesbrough. It is a true authentic Chinese eatery, possibly the only one of its kind in the area. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel valued from the moment you step inside. Service is prompt, and I was impressed with the quick delivery of my King Prawn Szechuan Curry and egg fried rice, served in a wooden tray. We were looking forward to experiencing the table top hot put and grill, and it did not disappoint. You got to choose what kind of noodle, meat, seat food and vegetable to go in it and on the grill. We both choose a broth each...go in the double pan. The staff were very tentative and helpful helped with some of the grilling at tableside. There were various toppings to be available to make a unique dipping sauce out of. The bubble tea went with it with it. The flavours were very interesting, and was fun to do. I've visited this restaurant on three occasions now within months. Every time I've been there the food just keeps getting better and better. It appears the Korean menu has now been extended. Its a great menu and it's the main reason I visited and...like the place so much. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants an authentic experience of Asian food. The cuisine is beyond the level of any standard Chinese or oriental menus. There is also a secret menu, if you want to be a little more daring. Staff are lovely too. Thanks so much for everything.
I absolutely adored this restaurant! As a huge fan of traditional Chinese culture and cuisine, this place had everything I love. I ordered the vegetable chow mein and it was extra spicy, hitting just the right spot on my taste buds. The interior and ambiance transported me back to my childhood. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant again and again!
