Hotel de l'Ecu - Réserver une table

Despite a recommendation and a rather friendly welcome, we were very disappointed. After a rather successful entrance, we were served a bar net of about 5 centimetres out of 2 (to eat in two bites). We make the remark, very politely to the server and then... nothing. The waiter is about to serve us the dessert! neither the cook nor the bosses (maybe the same) come to the table, they hide ...! so it is at the receptionist to apologize!!! It's a client-to-client confrontation. It's just a shame. we wonder what their design is.

After ordering from the menu my food arrived and was spilled down my back, ok, accidents happen. The problem in my opinion was no one asked how I was. An apology came, sort of, about five minutes later. New top ruined as the grease marks won't come off. No reduction in our bill. A liqueur was brought out after we had finished free of charge, wether we wanted it or not!

personal impeccable service at the earplats excellent (fatty ,ris of veal) gratin dauphinois a little tièdevins divinsa small advice: foresee in room temperature some reds (saumur champigny for example)
