I have been to this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed, but my last visit was not up to par at all. I left the restaurant feeling terribly hungry. Didn't have the small snacks on my menu even though the tables around benefited from them In short, I wait for my entry and the disappointment Minimalist and in 3 strokes of the fork it's finished. So I'm waiting for my skrei steak and there I'm really surprised by the contents of the plate A slice of skrei, half a carrot and half asparagus and that's it I had a white wine and was disappointed again with the super green wine. I don't go to the hotel but to the hotel restaurant which is accessible to outsiders. It's not the first time but it's always perfect and the chef delights us every time. Unmissable in St Jean Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
