in the field a vegan diet is considered when preordering a multi-course menu. in the menu vegan dishes are marked accordingly. Nevertheless, in the 6-course menu I had the feeling that they simply remove the non-vegan compenten of the menu instead of replacing it equivalent. the taste experience was still good! for the region this is a definitiw enrichment.

the chair is a gourmet restaurant that offers a normal 6 courses menu and a vegan 6 courses menu. Of course, they can only complete the respective courses individually. it is a bit more expensive, but it is worth it! such compositions (such as melone and wasabi or deposit and kumquat) would never cook to home, but it is an incredible taste experience.

besides a tasting menu with meat and fish, this also offers a completely vegan menu. Ingenious vegan cuisine at high level. Only the service personnel need to learn what vegan hots. a vegan wee recommended would have been nice.

excellent food, also in vegan edition. Very pleasant service, a beautiful wine card. It would be desirable that vegan offers are also marked with wines.
