So enjoyed the fun conversations at breakfast and cocktails with your staff. You have lovely people working for you. Room was comfortable and always clean. Enjoyed our meals there. Information from people at front desk regarding hikes was lacking in detail and concern. They may know all about it but visitors know nothing and would appreciate more guidance. We had a lovley 4 night stay at Eiger Hotel, Murren. The staff were friendly and helpfull and went out of their way to answer any questions. Excellent food at all meals. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value
