How can one explain the stunning beauty of a natural blue spring, bursting from the bottom of a small ravine, where one can sit overlooking the slow, swimming trout? My first glimpse of the quelle spring was many years ago, when my husband took me...to this charming coaching inn for dinner. excellent restaurant with very good food and service plus a relaxing ambiance,worth many visits . Interesting part is their own spring with crystal clear water,unfortunately they are not allowed to serve it to their clients however you can get water from the nearby fountain

The food and wine were perfect. The staff is very friendly and they speak English. The fish was great and the Austrian white wine was a perfect combination.
