We have bread and two spreads (a vegan) for the table. The food was really good. but I couldn't choose a vegan starter, so I just had very excellent ravioli. After reading the hotel's homepage, I was sure to check this place. When I reserved a table, I said I'm vegan, just to make sure they have something for me. I'm not sure if they prepared something for me - but I could choose between 2 main dishes, a soup and a vegan starter. The normal menu had nothing vegan on it and the waitress read it for me from a paper like the specials. The table next to us has not been offered the vegan choices, so I think people who are not about the vegan choices are just on the regular meat-based menu that is really sad. Goiserer Mühle Klare Empfehlung. Sehr einfach. Machen Sie alles selbst, so vegan ist überhaupt kein Problem. Zum Frühstück gab es Schokoladenbrei, Milch, Getreide, Kompott, Margarine, Obst, Gemüse, Säfte, Tee, Kaffee, Gebäck, Porridge. Alles ist erledigt. Am Abend können Sie zwischen Gerichten mit Karte oder im Voraus wählen Sie ein vier Kursmenü als Halbpension. Auch hier besteht alles aus Produkten aus der Region. Die sehr reduzierte Speisekarte mit sehr erhöhten Preisen macht neugierig. Die Enttäuschung ist umso größer, als das Essen serviert wird und und Teile der Speise nicht am Teller sind: zB Vorspeise: Hirschcarpaccio auf Ruccola mit Kürbis und eingelegten Eierschwammerl: klingt köstlich! Serviert wurde harter Hirschspeck auf unmengen Ruccola, fast ohne Dressing,mit etwas Parmesan. Oder: grüner Spargel mit poschiertem Ei. Es kam ungeschälter weißer Spargel mit fadem Dressing und das Ei eher nicjt poschiert, sondern.fast hart. Schade!!!

the menu in the evening was super tasty where the antipasti were a highlight. Ruhig gelegen. Fußläufig zum Bahnhof. Sauberes Hotel, moderne Badezimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstückbuffet. Jedenfalls empfehlenswert. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich: Die Dame, die uns das Frühstücksbuffet vorbereitet hat, kannte am nächsten Tag noch alle unsere individiuellen Vorlieben. SEHR AUFMERKSAM!

Die Speisen waren sehr gut und empfehlenswert. Der Service freundlich und aufmerksam, speziell von dem einzigen Ober (alles andere waren Damen). Räumlichkeiten sehr angenehm. Schön auch bei schönem Wetter am Mühlbach zu sitzen.
