this may be a one-time experience, but we still have lost disappointment. this review only refers to the restaurant as we have not stayed in the hotel. we arrived shortly before 13:30 a.m. for lunch. our plan was to eat before we went to an oral concert in the St. George Church on the street at 14:30. my niece ordered a vegetarian moussaka, my wife a noodle with mushrooms and I decided to saveribs. our first disappointment came with our meals. the moussaka was a portion that was apparently added afterwards and would not have qualified elsewhere as an appetizer, surrounded by an salat area that could have claimed a right claim on the right on the menu entry. my spare ribs (sic) consisted of d...
we stayed here in this hotel one night. in our tract there was no elevator, which is no problem for us now, but for one or the other already. in the courtyard there is a parking space for free because it is difficult to park inside the city wall. the treppenhaus (wood stairs) hangs in a sloping position so that you have the impression that you would have drunk too much. the rooms - we had booked a comfort double room, are very cozy, equipped with tube televisions, the baths from the 70s, but all very clean and quiet.We felt very comfortable here. the breakfast was in bufett form, somewhat clear, but with everything you need.
First of all: it is a super nice wellness hotel with a very nice wellness area including snacks and much more. The room was also beautiful. Then why only 3 stars? We have combined wellness with relaxation. Unfortunately, there was a birthday during our stay that was accompanied by loud music until 1:00 a.m., which meant we couldn't even think about sleeping. After 3 phone calls to the reception, including a personal visit, the party finally ended at 1 a.m. Unfortunately nothing more was said about this at check-out, let alone offered a small compensation. the village itself is worth a trip: completely surrounded by walls with pointed towers and beautifully preserved. wonderful Christmas mood. the restaurant is located directly at the central square in an old house. the environment is very warm and comfortable. Typical German. the very friendly staff also speaks fluent English. great food well prepared and well presented. the wild and the strudel are excellent. perfect value for money. A very special place: Modern and extremely tasteful first-class hotel in the center of the beautiful old town of Dinkelsbühl. And all of this in a listed building ensemble. we wanted to have a little grounded, french and were already very pleased about the nice selection on the menu. the ambiente is very nice radiant warmth and cozyness. quality of eating and service was best.As a nice selection of open wines. all very harmonious and once again close we come back!
Staying here was a real pleasure, from the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, to the cleanliness and comfort of the room, to the food (both the breakfast buffet and dinner were great). And of course the spa is world class! We will be back definitely! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
eating was one of the best in Bavarians. the service was efficient and friendly. was great for a family dinner to christmas, so far away from home. because we had a fixed Christmas menu, I can't comment on the worth. highly recommended. Réservez une table maintenant
