I remain factual: 1. order a 300g matured steak: service of very fatty and too small meat. Service of an additional piece after dispute, just as fatty and not very thick (see photos). 2. cordon bleu made with a cutlet that is too thin, with liquefied munster. 3. order error not replaced (salad requested without dressing served with it). 4. Mon partenaire et moi étions dans ce restaurant, le cadre est agréable, la serveuse connaît son travail, il n'y a pas d'attente dans la cuisine. Mais quelle déception pour le steak mûri, viande très grasse et je ne l'ai pas trouvé tendre malgré être cuit bleu. Une autre chose est une honte qu'il n'y a pas plus de choix dans la viande non plus car seulement 1 choix et il n'y avait plus donc nous avons dû prendre 1 mature. Sinon les entrées rien à dire Dommage j'étais heureux de manger de la viande mûre.
