Client depuis plus de 20 ans du Levana, nous voyons les prestations baissées d’année en année alors les prix montent! Lors de notre arrivée hier, on découvre que le parcours gastronomique n’existe plus: grosse déception, cela permettait de découvrir d’autres restaurants du groupe Étincelles et ne pas rester cantonner au restaurant au Levanna avec une carte assez simple. Fort heureusement, cette année, nous ne restons que 4 jours… Le site reste exceptionnel, le personnel fait des efforts pour bien recevoir les clients, au fait c’est le groupe Étincelles qui prend une mauvaise pente! Le Levanna ne mérite plus ses 4 étoiles.
Unbeatable location next to Toviere cable car, lift office and ski rental shops, great restaurant (we ate there every night), excellent rooms with a balcony overseeing the slopes, our kids could just ski themselves back in, decent wellness facilities (v hot sauna and steam room, big jacuzzi/spa). Only thing to improve is the bar operating a table service but often slow and unresponsive (often we had to wait 20mins to be served after repeatedly reminding them we are still waiting). Otherwise a thoroughly good and highly recommended hotel for Tignes Le Lac, would come again.
We vroegen een upgrade van de kamer ... dan worden er exhuberante prijzen voorgesteld. De tour gastronomique ... een unieke belevenis binnen de groep van hotels : werd gewoon afgeschaft Dagschotels in restaurant : vroeger een dagelijkse variatie, nu gewoon afgeschaft , wat de keuze in het restaurant toch wel enorm beperkt ... gelukkig doet het personeel super zijn best om het verblijf nog te redden !!!! na vijftien jaar trouwe klant hebben we écht onze twijfels over beslissingen de die nu doorgevoerd worden .. Location was brilliant and the staff were all wonderful, particularly in the restaurant, but the room and other facilities were disappointing given its supposed 4 star rating and price. The toilet seat was unsecured when I checked in so had to ask to have that sorted, the shower plug hole was very blocked so was showering in a pool of water every time, there was often no hot water so was showering in tepid water, and the steam room was out of service for the whole time I was there.

Excellent location and the staff, particularly the restaurant staff, were so friendly and helpful. The lifts are under a minute walk away and the ski rental is next door. The food is good, particularly dinner which we had on half board and is a 3 course meal. Our room was great too and a lovely view on the resort. I would have no hesitation staying again.
The location is fantastic, I had a comfort room which was ok for one but quite small and warm if I stayed again I would get one of the larger rooms on the piste side. From desk , and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. But the bar staff were slow and quite uninterested in what they were doing
Super locatie onderaan de piste in Tignes les Lac. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Schone kamers en niets ontbreekt. Hier en daar kan het hotel een likje verf gebruiken, maar verder niets meer dan lof. Bedankt!
Excellent stay Super location, half board was great Would be worth getting a basic first aid kit in building however, we were told there was none after small accident. Otherwise fantastic stay

Très bon service et traitement fantastique de la part de tout le personnel. Les installations et l'emplacement sont imbattables. Ce fut vraiment une experience à répéter et à recommander.
Emplacement idéal de l'hôtel. Chambres très propres. Personnel très serviable, et equipe de restauration au top.
