Ochsen - Réservation de table

We had dinner here on a warm summer's evening in August. We sat in the garden as it seemed a bit hot and stuffy in the restaurant, so we had a fresh breeze, but also had to contend with the European wasps, which don't seem to bother the locals, but did annoy us. Service was polite, but very slow and if I'd been at home in Australia I probably would have left before our order was taken as it took so long. However, the food redeemed the night. We had a very good entree of prawns followed by the river fish with almond butter, which was excellent. Wines by the glass are good value, but by the bottle seem a bit overpriced.

Very good hotel restaurant. For €46.50 you get the menu with Vitello Tonato, pumpkin apple cream soup, zandrfilet on pumpkin vegetables to us apple cake. Drinks must be 2-3 euros. Single rooms are from 66 Euro, double rooms from 107 Euro. The hotel is located from the city near the Überlinger Lake, a side arm from Lake Constance in the southwest of the lake. The restaurant was delicious. I can't rate the hotel as I live in Überlingen with my host parents. From here you have good opportunities to cycle the lake It's profitable.

3 courses Menue, Badische Festtagsuppe was a little fad in the taste, main course onion rose roast did not come as desired medium, then a panacotta with pineapple was added to the dessert. Now comes...because of the wrong cooking point at the onion roast, the dessert went to the house....Chapeau on the very friendly service!!! Service: 5 Location: 5

were here for two days. The whole staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are slightly older, but clean and the bed cozy. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and the portions abundant. The waiter always has a good saying on his lips. Breakfast also varied. Hotel has a good location and private parking. Been to this restaurant a few times for Rotary meetings whilst visiting the Ueberlingen Rotary Club. Food has been delicious and well presented with different varieties. A pleasant restaurant with a lovely patio overlooking the Bodensee.

The hotel was not disappointing had stayed some 30+ yrs ago, food was excellent in the evening and at breakfast, my room was a very good size and well kept. Staff at all times were polite and helpful

A very old family-run hotel and restaurant. Very nice terrace overlooking the port. Very good kitchen at very comfortable normal prices Réservez une table maintenant

A great meal for a party of 10 nothing to much trouble shaft helpful and restaurant looks great just of the prom
