old hotel (1960) recently repainted in outdated colors for bedroom 2, bedroom for 4 people, small like the bathroom with bathtub which has been used as a separate toilet. The renovation is done in a hurry with no real comfortable bedding finish. Noisy hotel in its old concrete structure. Old corridor in varnish on very ugly brown wood. the personal and friendly. The bar and restaurant room is well renovated but why a ceiling painted black?. The breakfast is very succinct and does not deserve the 14€ For more than 200€ per night with our 2 little girls we usually have much better. It deserves Super Besse even without snow. Anyway the 3 stars are not justified. The hotel has had its day either...
Chambre en mauvais état, avec des problèmes d'humidité dans la salle de bain et les toilettes. Une chambre pour 3 personnes avec seulement 2 chaises d'extérieur. Petit-déjeuner cher à 14€, même pour les enfants de moins de 5 ans. Calme, belle vue, bonne literie. Dommage ; nous avons dû payer les taxes et les petits-déjeuners directement à notre arrivée le soir, puis le lendemain matin, une autre personne voulait encaisser les taxes et les petits-déjeuners pour nous et surprise, ce n'était pas le même prix !!! En une nuit, tout change, donc je ne recommande pas forcément cet endroit. Ils ne demandent pas si tout s'est bien passé et il n'y a pas d'attention pour notre enfant. Un goût amer.
Hotel very well located in the heart of the resort. Small and dated room, poor soundproofing. For a stay of several days, the housekeeping is very poor. Just the fact bed. For 5 days, no bathroom cleaning or vacuuming the floor even though we pay the same price as the first night. It does not make sense. Regarding the breakfast, the price is too expensive for the service offered. A phrase from them, when something is missing is: staff response, we have not been delivered. (sugar in pieces, butter, white bread and cottage cheese). For a 3 star, can do better.
We had lunch on the restaurant terrace. Honestly, the location is worth it: quiet, pleasant, and a top view of the Cantal mountains the zip line that passes overhead. Our kids loved watching. The server was impeccable and pleasant. In the plate we feasted. A little extra: you can eat gluten-free Good value for money Food drinks: Suitable for celiac patients with gluten-free dishes Service: 5

Hotel well located, however the rooms are not up to the relatively high price given their dilapidated state. Partly by the bathroom and the toilets which have not been renovated, showing signs of wear and giving a dirty impression. Great experience for this stay. Everything was perfect ! A spacious room with a great view of the resort and the mountain, we didn't have any noise during the night. The bar and restaurant area is very welcoming, super pleasant for a drink. The bar/tapas menu is original and the dishes in the restaurant are very good. Don't be fooled by the negative reviews!!!
