This is the first restaurant in the area to have received a Michelin star (more than 30 years ago). The place looks amazing retro-chic, the whole building keeping the art deco look. The monthly menu was simply amazing and the chef truly inspired. The service could use a little bit of polish (the glasses were left empty for long periods of time, the sommelier was not the friendliest person...), but all in all it's an experience to have.

Business dinner with seven colleagues on night before a client meeting.Lovely room and attentive service. We ate a set menu of:Amuse bouche of radish foamRavioli of foie gras in a yellow pea brothVeal sous vide with dandelion leaves and herbsMadagascar chocolate deliceThe most remarkable trolley of petit four including a citron marshmallow like angel breath. All in all an exquisite meal that words cannot do justice.Go

Went here almost on the spur of the moment. It was a great choice. The hotel is in the Art Deco style and the restaurant has a very 1920s feeling. The staff were all lovely - attentive without being pestering. We had the degustation menu and everything on it was extremely good. The highlight though was the cheese trolley - it's enormous and a real geography lesson in French cheese.

Wonderful food. Service lacks attention as they should be more caring for a Michelin star restaurant. Anyway the overall experience is nice...
