Amazing view on the lake from the room and the restaurant’s terrace. It was impossible to peacefully sit on the terrace of the restaurant, as everybody was smoking. The service is amateur and not professional. The whole hotel has posters with the rules of what you are not allowed to do. At the dinner, we ordered food and they forgot about it. After one hour when we followed up, they figured out that they forgot, but refused to provide any compensation or complement for it. If you pay by card, they will want to surcharge 3%. Although the breakfast is until 10, at 9.45, when I came, they were removing the food, despite me booking it a day before. The breakfast price is too high. Rooms: 3 Servi...
Incredible view. Nice and clean room. No air condition but this is quite normal for swiss hotels. Location is actually quite convenient if you don't mind taking a short bus ride right off the train. The hotel is 2 min walk from bus stop and there is a supermarket by the bus stop where you can shore up some groceries. The owner and staff were super nice, they even gave me a reduction because it was for solo occupancy (the room I booked was for 3 people). The older lady gave me coffee for free upon checkout, which is nice because I dont remember anything else on this Swiss trip was ever free lol. I'm going to have a good experience on a family trip. The hotel is old but friendly. I feel like I'm at home. And the lake scenery is very beautiful. This offsets all the shortcomings of this hotel. The hotel staff is very kind. Lastly, both the cats raised in the hotel and the cats staying outside are so cute. Rooms: The scenery over the balcony is very nice. Food drinks: The hotel owner is very kind. Fresh bread and yogurt are delicious. Noteworthy details: The cat around the hotel is very cute. Beautiful and wonderful hotel and very nice treatment Beautiful view, free parking, quiet, at the time of my trip the weather was hot in Interlaken, but the weather is moderate at night and there is a fan, but for a fee Interlaken Center is approximately 15 minutes away by car. The owners of the hotel are very keen that no water falls on the bathroom floor, perhaps due to the difficulty of cleaning, and there is no drainage for this water, and there is a fine if you do so. To be restored, the rooms are not the best, It has potential with a lake view, but absolutely to be updated. The staff is very nice and helpful. Even the restaurant has potential with a lake view, but the kitchen needs a chef.
