Nous sommes venus ici pour déjeuner en chemin sur la route des Crêtes. L'hôtel est situé directement au-dessus de la montagne du col de la Schlucht sur la route de Munster. L'intérieur est grand et donc un peu froid, mais nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux et un service rapide. Nous avons commandé trois gâteaux nature et un saumon rôti et tous étaient très copieux et bien cuits. Malheureusement, ils n'avaient pas de bière Myrtille, mais la pression standard était très bonne. Un bon arrêt pour les voyageurs, et je serais très populaire en saison de ski.
Accueil froid au début. Ensuite, l'heure la serveuse souriante et attentionnée. Typique, de qualité. Les tables sont trop proches, ce qui est dommage pour la discrétion. Il n'est pas rare de voir des clients refuser alors qu'une partie de la salle n'est pas utilisée. Un peu vieux. Une carte simple mais complète pour tous les budgets (familles, randonneurs, cyclistes, etc.). C'est sans aucun doute le meilleur restaurant du col (il y en a 2) mais il faut réserver.
a hot day, a Sunday, we went to lunch in this restaurant at the schlucht pass. The restaurant is a little old but does not lack charm. I chose a salmon scalope that was delicious and the uncontournable blueberry pie. My companion was spitting for a sauerkraut though it wasn't really the season but he was disappointed, this one was insipid, so a very satisfied person and the other not.
I stopped on a Sunday at 14:15 for a drink. without great hope, I still asked if it was possible to have lunch. answer: "Well it's over"It changes me from my holiday week in the vercors or it was possible to have lunch at any time. As I said, I had no hope. I had a drink on the terrace (in self no service.) the big pancake was charged €6.20. It's a good self!

very good reception. we have very well eaten there as usual exellent.the flame to the munster a feast. salmon scalope with a very good herb sauce and beef cheeks that melt in the mouth with very good pdt cakes.a each time you stop there you are never received.the bosses are very friendly.and a very good blueberry pie
We arrived at around 1:00, we took the last free table. Despite a somewhat long service, the dishes served were good and warm, very pleasant after a cross-country ski ride. room staff is pleasant. place to discover. correct price for a complete meal with good and coffee.
After a walk in the honeck we arrived in a full restaurant. The service was perfect and the dishes were very good. special mention to the boss, very smiling, kind and very effective. I've eaten somewhere else in the neck, but this is where I'll be back!
Le restaurant propose une cuisine chaude tout au long de l'après-midi. De bonne qualité, le hamburger alsacien est incontournable ! Le service est accueillant malgré l'afflux de touristes les jours de beau temps.
