my family had dinner here last week and enjoyed everything. we tried the mixed salad, the suppe from the goat, the carbona, the fondue toast w/ ei and the roast of chickens w/ vegetables. the owner waited for our table and brought our drinks and eat themselves. very friendly workers and. cozy restaurant. recommend this place to anyone who crosses the opposite. there is also a hotel connected to the restaurant if you need a place to stay.
after an unsightly previous experience in the tenne we have been reconciled here with the gastronomy in the goms. the service was extremely sympathetic and very efficient, the offered walliserplättli for 2 huge and very fine and also the red wine, a Syrah-Merlot, very good. the prices are more at the cheaper end (for Swiss conditions.) the terrace is cozy and welcoming. here we are happy to return!
passing through this town, we stopped in this restaurant. having a medium-sized dog, I always know about the possibility of access with him. the person who received us was very courteous and pleasant with us, she spoke perfectly French and proposed to install us in the dining room. the menu of the day was very good, the family-type cuisine we enjoyed. the price quality ratio was quite correct.
we have discovered this restaurant on a walk through the goms. the menu is extensive and offers among the classics also local walliser tasty to absolutely fair trips. we have enjoyed two of a walliserplättli and then the homemade cream cuts (see photos!) and will go back on next occasion. the service on the sunny terrace was very friendly and attentive. a lasting experience.
