from the outside the restaurant looks as old as the name it promises. from the inside, however, a fresh modern ambiente (until the waiter in black outfit with west, tie) that has been eating very well. we had steaks and the fish variations that were great. the service was also very courteous and friendly! as the restaurant is always very well visited in the week, you should definitely book. the price level is fully ok. we'll be back.
the kitchen has always promised me and now the restaurant is also presented in a noble ambiente. Even on the 1st day of full operation after renovation, despite good occupancy in all rooms and also in the garden restaurant everything was under control.The chef reacts flexibly to individual desires. we had a bigger antipasti plate that was really fantastic. but also the main dishes were excellent. he can really filet, entrecote etc.
the hotel and restaurant has advertised the super chef from the former kieck inn in gutsloh and makes first-class food for good prices. the performance is right, the chefin is nice and the staff is friendly. a great experience and always happy!
