Hotel-Restaurant Zum Alten Krug

After eight hours drive from Zurich we arrive in Naumburg. Very hungry. The old Krug is recommended for our dinner, and now I recommend it to you. I had an excellent Silvaner (white wine) from the wine region Saale-Unstrut (which belongs to Naumburg). And so I ate a herring fillet, roasted potatoes and cabbage. My friend had filled cattle hits (meat bird), red cabbage and lumps. It was very well prepared and the service was friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy. It was a great recommendation and a wonderful Welocme to Northern Germnay,

Schön unter den Linden liegt der Biergarten. Wird auch sehr gut angenommen in Naumburg. Manchmal steht man davor und kein Platz zu bekommen. Sehr nette Chefin.Die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung bei den Speisen und Getränken. Essen ist eine einfache Hausmannskost und ist ganz ok. Es ist aber eben nichts um dort mal schön Essen zu gehen. Dies ist aber auch nicht das Konzept von dem Lokal. Es ist in Naumburg sehr zu Empfehlen, wenn mit Freunden unterwegs ist.

great original restaurant. we came for a recommendation and were not disappointed. the dining room was small and super cozy. we had luck and were there in the time and got nice sitting. the choice of food was great, very tasty and individual. the chefin very beautiful and dedicated to its guests. here I would go to eat again at any time big lob!
