This is a 4* hotel so you're not going to get all of the things you might want- room service, fancy accommodation etc., but this aside this hotel is lovely. Rooms were clean, the bed comfortable and the food and vibe in the restaurant and bar with a rolling fire was just lovely! Manager and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Wir waren zu einer Familienfeier im Hotel Restaurant geladen. Das Essen war miserabel, das Service war leider auch nicht besonders. Es ist traurig wenn z.B. eine Kürbiscremesuppe nach Rindfettsuppe schmeckt, der Hauptgang mickrig ausfällt, dass ein normaler Esser locker 2 Portionen essen muss um satt zu werden,(ich hatte z.B. zum Huhn drei kleine viertel Stück Bratkartoffel, also nicht einmal 1Kartoffel und einen Esslöffel voll Gemüse dabei) die Nachspeise als Kaiserschmarrn angepriesen wird und keiner ist. Das Bier zur Hauptspeise wurde vergessen, statt Milchkaffee/bzw. Kaffee Latte wurde ein Espresso mit Milchschaum serviert.

Tolles Ambiente, hier kann man "die Seele baumeln lassen". Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben einmal italienisch und einmal im eindrucksvollen Restaurant gespeist - es war ein Genuss. Diesen Geheimtipp können wir nur weiterempfehlen.
Eine tolle Erholungsstätte, schönen und ruhigen Zimmer. Feines Essen im Gartenrestaurant und grosser Auswahl an heimischen Weinen. Golfplatz Donau vor der Haustüre, sowie diverse Golfplätze in kurzer Entfernung wie GC Linz St. Florian oder Luftenberg.
