Très bel établissement servi par une équipe dynamique, disponible, très professionnelle, attentionnée tant pour elle-même que pour ses clients. Les deux chefs prennent des risques pour mettre en œuvre une cuisine instinctive et inventive, en s'appuyant sur les bases techniques solides de la cuisine traditionnelle. Les jus et les sauces sont remarquables, les goûts propres et puissants, toujours juste, complexe mais pas compliqué. On ne se perd pas. Le produit est au cœur de la plaque. Le plaisir de goûter aussi. L'hôtel ne doit pas être dépassé. Modernité tout en respectant la culture locale, la présence du Trinquet apporte une âme particulière à ce magnifique bâtiment. Notre très sincère merci à l'équipe pour cette semaine dont nous garderons de bons souvenirs. Sans aucune hésitation, nous vous recommandons chaleureusement.

Very clean hotel and in perfect condition. Our room was small but very well equipped with a particularly comfortable and quiet bed. The breakfast is delicious. The restaurant's surprise menu is very original with a special mention of tuna tartare, pollack fillet and chocolate apricot dessert. Congratulations to the whole team ! Rooms: 4 Service: 5

This restaurant amazed us with the creation of its dishes and pastries. Lots of research and innovation in its presentation. The welcome is very professional and warm. Relaxed atmosphere.
