Hands down one of my favorite restaurants in Baumholder! I came here on a Friday evening around 5pm and was glad that I did, because it started to fill up shortly after. I was on the hunt for local German fare after arriving here that week. This is a hotel right outside the Baumholder gate. Service was very friendly and prompt. I ordered and the food took awhile to come out- I shortly realized it's because the kitchen freshly prepares every order and puts time and great care in the presentation! The schnitzel was uh-mazing!!! Seriously, you can taste the quality!! I ordered dessert right after and that was delicious as well. Stopped in this wonderful place today for lunch with a friend after her recommendation for their onion soup. We both ordered the soup and a side of garlic bread, both dishes were amazing. Keep in mind the broth of this soup is much lighter than 'normal ' soup it 's also a lot less salty, overall different but good! Service from the moment we walked in was friendly and comfortable and fairly quick in comparison to most places I 've tried to stop for a quick meal. If in the area would definitely come back and recommend to others! The menu had quite a bit of variety and I suspect it 's all this good for their overall rating to be high.
this place is amazing! from the owners to the personal, this place rocks. eating is absolutely delicious, and the presentation is always on the point. I mean, who doesn't eat salads, you're completely swallowed. he is also in the homemade salat dressing. thanks for being open in this crisis.
I've been twice now and not been disappointed at all. First time, I ordered schnitzel with mushroom sauce and it was delicious. Second time, I ordered the cordon bleu and it was also delicious. Everyone is very nice there as well. I like going there very much.

very comfortable right in front of the military base. the personal was not very accommodating and helpful how to translate the menu. the food was very tasty, but it takes a little to get it as it is made fresh, so be ready to wait a little.
