Houligans Steak Seafood Pub

This place definitely has the best seafood in Eau Claire. I was seriously blown away, loved every bite. Not too many restaurants now offer this kind of service on days. The waitress was also exceptional. You also have a large selection of drinks. Houligans, is safe on the price side of the holdings, but at least the prices correspond to the service. I really don't think I'd order my seafood from somewhere else. Great job guys a thank you for the service and experience!!

A group of about 20 of us visited Hooligans last night for a team dinner. We were seated in the back room and had the pleasure of being served by Lili. Her attention to detail and warm service was truly outstanding. Glasses were never empty, and every question was swiftly addressed. Kudos to Lili! Will request her the next time we're here. Highly recommended. Food: 5

Our go to place for special occasions now. Excellent service, mixed drinks are perfect and the menu is fantastic. Both beef tip entrees are awesome, steaks are top notch and pastas are perfect. The bar side always sounds like a good time, but have only used their dining room. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I haven't ordered a steak for decades because it never seems to be ordered. Hooligans seldom knocked it out of the park on perfect medium. Absolutely delicious, and the service was also some of the best I ever had. I can't wait to go back. One of the best restaurants in Eau Claire.

Absolutely amazing! Angel is a great cook! Everything in the menu is good. The decor and ambience is perfect. It's gonna be okay.
