I placed an order for myself and my son, but I received a call from the restaurant informing me that they were out of the item my son wanted. I requested to cancel the entire order and get a refund. The employee was unsure how to process the cancellation and said that a manager would assist me. The manager called me hours later to explain that their system doesn't permit refunds and that I would need to contact the website they use for further assistance. That was 24 hours ago, and now I'm calling again but not getting any response. I hope this issue gets resolved soon, but honestly, this situation is quite unacceptable.

This was my second visit to the restaurant. The first time was decent, but my family of six and I were really disappointed during our recent visit. We had hoped for a great meal for our girls' night and ended up spending $186.00, which didn’t even feed all of us. We received only ten small clusters of seafood, four corns, and a handful of shrimp. We had to go somewhere else afterward to get more food.

I was really excited to eat here after following them on social media, but I have to say I was extremely disappointed with the service. The prices were too high for what I received. My potatoes were brown and old, and even though I paid extra for a crab cluster, the cook informed me they had run out of crab. Such a frustrating experience—only bad things to report.

I told my friends about this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The meals are great and the crew is welcoming and cooperative. always when we visit this place we enjoy a delightful time. highly recommended.

I really like their dishes. I always get fantastic customer service there. The place is well organised and the staff members are always helpful. Will come visit again.
