Horrible experience. My husband, and I have been to this place twice. (At the one in Hoboken . First time we went for dinner after a long day of work. And there was a young staff (girl at the front. She was acting off, giggling with coworkers and showing random middle finger signs. A totally turn off when as a guest we just want to have a descent dinner and relax. that was the first time. Then second time, we gave it a try again. And went a couple days ago. And there was two girl, hostesses at the kiosk. One of them was very nice. (A blond girl . The other one was Latina. This place/location never cease to amaze me. 5 Ambience 5 Service 5 Drinks 5 Meal 5 cleanliness 5 promptness I've been to this place several times and not once have I or my party have been disappointed. Everything on the menu comes out fresh and tasty, seasoned to perfection. The drinks are on point, perfect blend of mix and alcohol and the staff are really friendly and welcoming. If you haven't been here you have to try it believe me you won't regret it!!! Enjoy
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service today. I visited with my family and felt unwelcome from the start. Despite the place being nearly empty, the staff seemed to be rushing us and didn't seem interested in serving us. but it seemed like they didn't appreciate our business. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations and left me feeling sad and unsatisfied. The food was good at least.
Get the chicken and waffles!!! It was to die for. And on weekends they have brunch specials with 3 dollar mimosa refills. The live music there is also pretty good. Great place to meet up with friends and get a little tipsy. The location is also really nice as it overlooks the Hudson river and city. They have outside seating which is ideal in the summer. I highly recommend coming here.
Great spot for having drink and food with family and friends, amazing view and outdoor seating, fir drink I ordered Mango passion fruit hard seltzer, if you like sweet beer this is the best one, for lunch I got HOQ chicken sandwich and I loved it, very friendly and good staff, if you are looking for good place to have good time, here is the one. Had so much fun sitting outside on the patio. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Jose was awesome. Food was good, definitely ordered more than we could handle but worth it curly fries, Mac n cheese, pork ribs, pulled pork sandwich, and nachos with beef. Paired it all with mango margaritas for a great late lunch. Will definitely be back!
First time customer but definitely not last! The food is outstanding and the service is wonderful! We ordered the BBQ wings, que burger and pulled pork sandwich. All phenomenal! Our server Christian went above and beyond. And the ops manager was super friendly and welcoming! Taking food to go and will be back soon!
