I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly poor; I’ve never encountered such bad service anywhere else. At no point did anyone come to check if we needed water or drinks. When our food arrived, we didn’t even have napkins or utensils, so I had to track down the waiter to ask for those items. It took an hour for us to receive a plate of raw steak and a salmon starter, and then it took another 30 minutes just to get our bill. The food wasn’t even that great, and the restaurant wasn’t even full. I understand that things can be hectic during busy times, but there’s a limit to what is acceptable. I do not recommend this restaurant.
the eating here was unfortunately a very bad experience and I was ashamed of the attitude that the staff had to the customers, unlike I was from reading the reviews. they were absolutely hesitant and not to a safe room for their customers by hate-red deriving commentaries to woman and ignore racist remarks. I saw these events unfolded and was shocked by the lack of attention and sensitivity management displayed. we are in the year 2022 and must not be racism without following in open display.
My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. The food was served late and was barely warm. Even the drinks tasted off. I waited an absurdly long time for my meal, and my cutlery was missing. I had to repeatedly request a glass of water and eventually asked another waiter for a jug for my companions. The only redeeming factor was the Spice Girls music playing, which is why I'm giving them one star.
