We were once again in the Hubertushütte and, although the weather was still good, took place inside. The hygiene concept is excellently implemented in the current situation. From the reception that takes place in front of the house, disinfect through consistent hands, data collection in case of cases, to plexiglas discs between the individual tables (which also look good in the guest room) everything is done that you feel comfortable and especially safe. The fact that the service was as always excellent, friendly and courteous is another thing that you feel comfortable. We drove up into the Goldstein Tal snd parked our cars right in front of the restaurant. Starting from there we did hours hike around the forest in the colorful conditions of a perfect fall day. Exhausted though happy we returned to this beautiful,...old and traditional restaurant. The decor is a bit out of time but well maintained. Many big empty champagne bottles are a testament to the buzzing parties that are celebrated here from time to time. Service is almost perfect, food is very good.
We came here for a traditional german dinner. Really enjoyed the time here. Dark environment for wich I would suggest to put few more candles on the tables. The waitress who served us was very kind and able to solve my lactose issue with food....Very kind and efficient. I appreciated her help. We had the schnitzel, knödel and ice cream dessert. I would suggest to insert in the menu more traditional dessert, not only ice creams. A part from that, I would recommend this place.
Close to downtown, the Goldsteintal is a beautiful relaxing valley with nice paths in the forest and the restaurant with outside terrace is a good recommendation. The food is very good, excellent meat and fish dishes, at reasonable prices. A gram eef with fried...potatoes for Euro, a delicious deal. Enough parking available also and a playground for kids. Dear team of Hubertushütte, we have been with you spontaneously yesterday. Just reserved. We have spent the evening for 2 hours with you, the castle kitchen in the Biebricher castle greets the Hubertushütte. We were all happy. Great service, great food, beautiful ambience, we were with you for the first time and we will come back. You do everything right and you know how it is, even in the Corona period. Best regards
