This place is hilarious. I went on a Monday to watch football, drink beer and have some food. There was no bartender. I sat myself at a table. There was no service. I walked around looking for the bathroom and I finally saw someone who looked like theywork there and started asking where the bathroom was, she cut me off saying, in the back , and walked away. Sat night and no wait at all. Ordered the jerk-spiced salmon sandwich with sweet potatoes fries. The salmon was fresh and cooked well. I asked for caramelized onions for an additional up charge. The sandwich had coleslaw and citrus tartar spread on the bun.It?s a sloppy sandwich and the salmon needed more jerk I really could not taste it. The darkening of the salmon was not from thespices but cooking it on the grill. Would have liked to taste the heat from the jerk. Tonight, my bill came to around $38, but I received a check for nearly $66 that belonged to the wrong table. Meanwhile, I noticed the waiting staff more focused on their phones than on serving customers. It's no surprise that Metrotainment has closures at some of their restaurants.
I regret having to write such a negative review, but it feels like this establishment isn’t concerned with improving. You did credit my account and provided a copy of the transaction, but that doesn’t address the overall experience.
The food is great but its almost like they dont read the order when you add chips and salsa to the tacos Ill order 2 sides of it and they always only ever send one and then say I gotta call door dash when simply its bad customer service on their end BUT THE FOOD is DELICIOUS so I still order bur for now on Im going to call ahead and make sure they know to complete the whole entire order

First Timer to Hudson Grille. Although , I mistakenly ordered an additional fry. I was very pleased with my order. Honey hot wings, I was expecting them to be spicy but they werent. Overall, fast service and the wings were great! The carry out bags, nice quality and reusable. Thanks for the extra blue cheese.
The shrimp was okay, but the steak was bland, dry, and overcooked. I was quite disappointed since Hudson Grille usually serves great food! The broccoli was undercooked and lacked any seasoning. The mashed potatoes were average. I hope there isn’t a new chef, as I’m hesitant to order during their shift again.
My order arrived piping hot, and the tacos were the best I've ever tasted. Overall, it was the most delicious meal I've had in a long time. The sliders and chili were excellent too!
The food was good, though it could benefit from a bit more seasoning. If you're ordering burgers or hot dogs, be sure to request ketchup!

I enjoyed my time at St. Patrick's day at Hudson Grill. The beer and the wings. Service was fast and friendly. The green beer was funny.
