I recently had the pleasure of experiencing brunch at Hue Cafe in Owings Mills, Maryland, and I must say that the overall atmosphere and environment really left a positive impression on me. The moment I stepped inside, I immediately felt welcomed by the cozy and natural ambiance. It's a space that simply feels good to be in.Now, let's talk about the food. I decided to try the vegan chicken and waffles, and while it wasn't exactly what I expected, it wasn't the worst thing I've ever had either. The flavors didn't quite hit the mark for me, but I appreciate the effort in providing vegan options on the menu. On the other hand, the fried shrimp caught my attention and I must say that it was pret...

Now, regarding the food, I opted for the vegan chicken and waffles. While it wasn't exactly what I'd anticipated, it wasn't the worst I've had either. The flavors didn't quite align with my expectations, but I appreciate the effort to provide vegan options. On the flip side, the fried shrimp really stood out to me, and I thought it was quite tasty. Overall, my experience at Hue Cafe wasn't my absolute favorite, but it certainly wasn't bad either. Taste is subjective, and what doesn't excite my palate might be perfect for someone else. If you’re vegan, I definitely recommend checking this place out, as they do have a variety of vegan dishes. And if you’re not vegan but open to trying new fla...
I was in the Randallstown area this past weekend and to my surprise there was a new vegan cafe open. Hue Cafe and Apothecary is a welcome addition to the area! I'm a vegan for almost 13 years and the struggle to find restaurants that cater to my way of eating is real. I love the ambience of Hue Cafe and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was geared to soul/comfort food. I went to get my food three days in a row. They staff was extremely flexible when I asked to have the sandwiches without the bread. I enjoyed my meals very much. I highly recommend the shrimps and grits. However, I have to confess I never ate shrimp and grits in my life so I can't compare, but what I ate was delicio...
MY MY MY... what a gem this restaurant is! Bestie found this spot for our lunch. She 's been wanting to try it and I 'm so glad we did. First... ample parking and outdoor seating. It was a beautiful day out so we chose to dine outside. Inside, half the space is an apothecary with some really great items (I will be back for them). There 's seating all around the restaurant and store. The staff was super helpful in aiding us in deciding between dishes. There 's so many great options. The portion size is perfetti the price and if the food don 't make you do a food dance, you 're lying to yourself. We were rocking and chewing the entire time. The teas are out of this world!!! Try them all. We di... Réservez une table maintenant
Hue Cafe is an adorable place with lots of options for anyone, especially fellow vegans! I came here with a non-vegan friend and she also really loved the food and the drink options are also top tier. I ordered the jackfruit tacos (Hue's Street Taco Box), usually I would think it's not enough food because sometimes tacos lack a good filling, but the tacos here are filled. The jackfruit mock meat is delicious and it came with pickled vegetables that were also amazing! I also ordered a lemon bar chai that was so soothing to drink on a fall day! Really loved the food! Vegetarian options: There's a lot of food for vegans, vegetarians, or anyone willing to eat good food! Dietary restrictions: veg...

As a very selective eater, I was once hesitant about trying vegan food—until I visited Hue Cafe! My first vegan dish was the shrimp street tacos, and they were absolutely delicious! I also had the hibiscus iced tea, which was incredible! While I can't say I'll go completely vegan, I know that whenever I'm in the mood for some plant-based dishes, I'll definitely return to this place! If you're considering a diet change and don't know where to start, I highly recommend giving them a try. You won't be disappointed!
I haven't visited the restaurant yet, but I had the chance to sample the wings and lemonade from their food truck during a back-to-school event hosted by the Mayor. I've never tried vegan food before, but my fiancé, our 7-year-old, and our 6-year-old all loved it! I also met some of the owners' family members, and they were really friendly and down-to-earth. They've definitely gained a new customer! Réservez une table maintenant
