Advantages for: Engaged and friendly service Taste/quality of the meat (even if this was not the order more so below) Minus points for: beer at room temperature Waiting time after ordering more than 2 hours with moderate utilisation of the guest rooms Desired/Ordered cooking degree of the meat not hit in the second run: For the prices called, it is definitely necessary to rework here again to not leave the taste of more appearance than being. I will like to visit the Hugo 's again and correct my rock print if necessary.

Steak was very good, but had expected more. My highlight was the fireplace room and the wide selection of whisky. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
