There 's so much to unpack about the wonderful experience we had at Humble on Duke.From the moment the wonderful Jade met us to the departing conversation we were greeted by name, treated as friends, invited into the Humble on Duke family and left with no doubt that this tiny restaurant will be an institution we visit Noosa more regularly to experience.It 's telling that there really were no weak dishes, no boring blah, just frankly memorable food we were welcomed to discuss by the owners.Service was fantastic. There aren't many places along the coast that truly exceed expectations in every aspect, but Humble certainly does. It brought to mind the finest small, elegant bistros found in gastronomic hubs like Paris, New York, or Bordeaux. Although the restaurant may be small in size, it compensates for this with exceptional quality. It has a vibrant personality, outstanding quality, and flavors that will leave your taste buds ecstatic. Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos of the food; I was simply too absorbed in enjoying the experience and the incredible dishes, which is exactly how it should be.

This was recommended to us by a friend and it was possibly the best dining experience I have had in a long time. We were warmly welcomed by our host who addressed us by name throughout the evening. We had the “Feed Me” menu with matching wines. Jade was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the wine and we loved all that we tasted. Then….the food!!! Humbles incredible chef Stacey prepared the most incredible dishes. Mostly local produce fresh, cooked to perfection and simply delicious. What a special night and one we’ll remember for a long time to come.

We had the feed me menu and loved it all. It was a significant amount of very well executed, middle eastern inspired tasty bites. The zucchini soup was intensely flavoured and set the tone for the rest of the meal. Smoky baba ghanoush, silky burrata, crispy duck fat potatoes and sirloin with oh so many tasty burnt bits followed. A richly flavoured, feather light mousse finished off the experience. I might even say it's one of the best meals I've ever had I've eaten at many a delicious restaurant around the world. It is intimate, extemely generous delicious I love how Jade sprinkles her magic to everyone. You are truly made to feel special here... did I mention the food? YES! Go here!!!

beautiful little culinary tasty with great food and workers who gently deny us to taste new flavors, and we were not disappointed. loved the Lebanese spiced wagu with the cauliflower hummus and the peanut butter parfait was delicious. a beautiful way to finish our holiday at the sunny coast.

We had a wonderful dinner to celebrate our special day. The inventive and surprisingly delicious flavors were a highlight. If you're looking to try something different and unique, this is the place to go. Jade and Fran, the hosts, made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.

jade stacey has a fantastic small place. jade greets them with names and makes them feel like they know them forever. eating is exceptional with a small but big wine list to compliment. a must visit if in noosa or sunshine beach. Réservez une table maintenant

The wine and customer service were excellent, but I struggled to finish most of the food. I'm not sure why this place has a five-star rating. I would definitely return, but not for the bland and overpriced dinner.

Another lovely meal with different and delicious dishes to delight the tastebuds. The staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and fun. Best negroni too and a great selection of wines.
