Located in the middle of Wolfrathaussen is a traditional Bavarian restaurant visited by locals. There is an English translated menu. The dining room is classic Bavarian and although all favourite menus are available, the food is quite common. There are many sausages that are cooked in different styles, salads and pasta type dishes. The food is usually washed with a lot of beer served by the staff in the traditional dress. However, it is not a tourist trap and the servings are very large if it is not flowering. Four of us had lunch for less than 50€ and had a pleasant time, but this was not the food due to the atmosphere.

This place has been here a long time. It is very traditional Bavarian, dressed with staff to fit. There is a good selection of Bavarian dishes. As expected, these majors on sausage, pork, sauerkraut and accompaniment. Cost-effective menu items are available when you are on a budget. The beer is excellent.

Several friends have stayed here and all reported that it's a straightforward, clean, old skool place. If you're thinking of overnighting, then bring ear plugs since it's right next to the church tower and the bells start at 6am.

Forget about Hofbrauhaus in downtown when it is the food you are looking for. The small restaurant of the hotel can cook solid Bavarian specialties at reasonable prices! Very tasty too.

We had a good lunch here. The treatment was good, not very friendly, but good. They had papers and pencils for children. No English speaking staff. Eating was fine.
