The restaurant has a unique vibe. It seems that the dining area is currently closed. At the order counter, there are tables set up to keep customers away from the counter itself, but you can still place your order there (lunch specials are still available). The owner mentioned that she would bring my order to my car, so sitting inside with the air-conditioning was not an option for me. My order arrived at my car within 15-20 minutes. As for parking, I found a spot right in front of the entrance. Regarding wheelchair accessibility, the entrance is on the ground floor and is accessible, but maneuvering around the order counter might be a bit challenging.
I've dined there many times, particularly during COVID. However, in my last few visits, the prices seem to be made up on the spot. They’re always higher than what’s listed, and the cost varies each time. I suspect she’s just adjusting the price to include a tip based on what she thinks the customer will be willing to pay. The last time I went, she changed the price three times when I asked about it, and the receipt ended up showing a fourth price. It’s frustrating. I think I'm done for now.
Food was good awhile ago. I ordered food for the family and the food tasted terrible. The food was way to salty, the chicken was crunchy, and the broccoli in the food was cold and tasted like it came out the freezer into the platter and the they don’t let anyone in the building so bring cash because apparently the credit card machine is not in your line of vision.
Everytime you call them they don’t answer the phone. Website says there open but nobody answers. When you call on another day and actually get to talk to someone they don’t have half of the menu items. THEN on top of that they make excuses for why they weren’t open. Needs to be shut down and put a Panda Express in ?

We've been dining here for years, and Susan is truly fantastic. She genuinely cares about her customers, and the food is consistently excellent. Even though we've moved out of state, we still make it a point to visit whenever we're in the area because this restaurant is simply that good!
Ms. Susan is always incredibly kind to me. I use the food here as a benchmark for quality Chinese cuisine. After more than 10 years of coming here, I truly appreciate how quickly she recognizes my voice and my order over the phone. This is a top-notch establishment.
Hunan Lion has been out go-to Chinese Food place for YEARS. The customer service there is absolutely outstanding. And the food? DELICIOUS! Their Cashew Chicken is my favorite and it's the best I've ever eaten. HIGHLY recommended.
Susan is the best! Friendly and warm, take care of their customers. Love their veggie spring rolls, and additional point for ready to make a vegan version of chicken dishes for me. Hubby loves her cashew chicken.
