Hungry Howie's Pizza

I ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza, a howie cookie, and a cheese bread. The app would only let me add one crust so I called and asked if the could put butter cheese on the crust too and they agreed. I got my pizza and bread first (I should have checked it but didnt) and had to wait for them to make the cookie because they had 2 orders with cookies and didnt put mine in... No biggie. I walk in to get the cookie and it's just sitting on top of the hot cart, thought that was weird, but ignored it. Got home and the pizza not only didn't have the butter cheese but was completely plain. I called to tell them and I was told to come back. Check your order before leaving. My most recent trip they forgot the Jalapeño sides I paid for and gave me a different salad than what I ordered, but I noticed before leaving and they handled the swap well. Seemed like the person who bagged it was new. So, I still gave 5 stars. Gotta support my favorite pizza place.
