My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. I had to wait two hours to receive my order, and during that time, I couldn't reach anyone at the store because their phones were out of service. When the delivery driver, Reese, arrived, he simply said, "that sucks" after I mentioned that I had placed the order two hours earlier. To make matters worse, some items in my order were incorrect, and I received the wrong items altogether.
After reading some negative comments, I have to chuckle. For instance, someone complained that after years of ordering, it took longer than expected this time, or that their food didn't arrive when they ordered right before closing. In response to the latter, I would recommend not placing orders right before midnight when delivery can be tricky! Overall, the team at Domino's in Jenison is fantastic!
This place is Amazing! Cash app had a glitch just not me but for almost everyone tonight .And I tried for almost a hour at the ATM ect no luck and the people working seen this wasn't a joke and hooked our pizza up on the house. I will be a #1 loyal customer at this store forever. THANKS GUYS YOU MADE MY FAMILIES NIGHT!!! APPRECIATE YOU
I absolutely love Domino's! The deals are fantastic, and the staff is always friendly whether I call or visit in person. You really can't beat the prices, and the quality of the pizza makes me feel like I'm the one getting a steal! I highly recommend ordering from Domino's. Great job, everyone! This is my favorite Domino's location. Whenever I need a delicious and quick meal, the Jenison Domino's is my go-to! I haven't experienced any bad service or received a bad pizza, and I've been ordering from them for months. It's a great place to visit!
Really nice staff and delicious food. One time they forgot something from my order but then they righted it by not charging me and crediting me for my next order. I recommend the stuffed cheesy breadsticks! Super cheesy and good!
Ordered for pickup, and it was ready on the estimated time. Also, the coupons you can use from the website save you a nice chunk of money!
