Hungry Howie's Pizza

I had the worst customer service experience at this restaurant, not just this time but the last three times. The so-called general manager should know how to communicate with customers who have been loyal for the past 10 years. He was rude and continued to deny mistakes, even when presented with evidence. I lost my temper and confronted him, but all I wanted was to enjoy my meal. Unfortunately, they have lost my business and the business of those around me. It could have all been avoided if they knew how to communicate effectively and admit mistakes.

This restaurant serves fantastic pizzas and always takes great care of their regular customers by generously topping off their pizzas. The service is top-notch and the atmosphere is great. It is a perfect place for a quick lunch. Prices range from $10 to $20 per person. I highly recommend trying their steak and salad dishes.

I ordered pizza from this restaurant 3 weeks ago and it was undercooked. My 4 children refused to eat the half-cooked pizza. I was disappointed, but decided to give them another chance today. However, when I checked the menu online, I found that there was nothing listed under the charges.

Last 3 or 4 orders,each time they messed up the toppings and crust flavor. Used to be a great place years ago. Now the quality is trash. The staff is in the back goofing off and can’t even complete orders properly. Service: Take out Service: 1
