Disappointing to see that after the building makeover things sliding backwards. First thing youll notice without the name brand this could be any building Maccas or KFC. Yes there is no more drinks refill, the inside is completely redown and is a little sterile i mean it isnt inviting to stay. The Tv is moved and the view is obstructed by a table/bench not to worry the speakers are no longer on. There is no encouragement for customers to put there trays away as you need to head to the toilet to do that. would make more sense to locate it on the way out of the place. Finally i think the prices have risen again.
I called into this Hungry Jack's Edwardstown this morning 28/09/2021 for a coffee and a bite to eat while my car was having some work done on it near by. Before I left I went to the men's toilet and found it to be filthy with urine stains on the walls and around the urinal, the sink was also in a discuss ting state. I would suggest that the whole toilet area had not been cleaned for many days. Considering the push at the present time by Governments around the world to sanitize due to Covid 19, this Hungry Jack's store is not a place I would ever allow any member of my family to eat at!
I went to the restaurant on Tuesday evening around 8:00. The drive-through, counter service, and deliveries were all busy. Despite the rush, the staff handled it well, working efficiently to prevent any chaos. Although there was a longer wait than usual, it was understandable and the staff apologized to all customers for the delay. The only concern I had was that the staff did not wear gloves when putting straws in the drink holder, and the straws were not individually wrapped, which could pose a potential health risk. Other than that, everything was great.
i do go there regularly (burger king to overseas people) burger are always bigger than the opposition and not stingy on the toppings. service is always good and as many other stores have stopped the free coke refill i do come back here as this is the bonus extra. its a good incentive to come back. No complaints to date , if they do get it wrong they always fix it. two thumbs up Réservez une table maintenant
Apart from drink mix up the meal and service was ok. Staff busy with drive thru, Uber and counter. However no excuse for not having an additional staff member allocated to regularly wipe and clean dining area in these covid19 times. Visited 1030 am Sunday 30 August. I don’t blame staff who were very helpful and friendly, onus lies with management.
This place is filthy. The floor isn't clean The men's toilet hasn't been cleaned for days or weeks and teamed of smoke with no hand towells or bins. One can only hope that the kitchen is cleaner but I doubt it. The Management haven't got a clue how to offer hospitality. An absolute disgrace.
