Yesterday afternoon, on November 19th around 3:30-4pm, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. My order was incomplete and I had to return three times to ask for the missing items. The staff seemed reluctant to help and the young girl handing out the orders was careless with the food. It was evident that they were not enjoying their work. In my opinion, I couldn't help but think that these young employees lacked professionalism and respect for their job. Having worked in a fish market and warehouse before earning my degree, I always treated others with kindness and respect. It's clear that these individuals may not be successful in the future.
Today, I stopped by this restaurant for lunch with two friends. We decided to go inside rather than use the drive-thru. I hadn't been here in years, but was pleasantly surprised by how clean the restaurant was. We received excellent service at the counter, and our food was prepared quickly. Once I got home and sat down to eat, I found my meal to be freshly made and still warm. The food was surprisingly delicious, suggesting that they have improved the quality of their ingredients. Overall, I highly recommend giving this place a try.
We've visited for lunch. Menu differs from other HJ's as you can buy family meals. What's appalling is restaurant cleanliness as its continuously busy, dirt on the floor, full bins etc are not taken care off. Staff service is worst as they're more concentrated on taking and serving orders than having a proper customer service. If this is a franchise, someone needs to guide them correctly and get the restaurant back on top ticking all right boxes.
The menu offerings at Hungry Jacks in my opinion beats the product offered by Macca’s hands down. The burgers taste better and look like an Australian burger (they should add beetroot however). The big issue is service consistency store to store. With this outlet, the service was below standard. The meal however was great but the customer facing staff gave the impression they would rather be somewhere else.

I 've eaten in here at least five times in the last month while on my way to or from visiting a sick friend and I have to say every time, breakfast, lunch or dinner, that the staff were friendly, the place was spotless and the food was much better in taste and value than that other burger chain. Also, their value meals are heaps better value, better taste and salad, and have so much more in them!
I recently tried to grab a quick lunch at the drive-thru. After waiting for 5 minutes with no one taking my order, I decided to leave because I was tired of waiting. There were no cars in front of me, but there were a few behind me as I drove off. This isn't the first time this has happened to me, and despite hoping for improvement, it seems like the service hasn't gotten any better.
Sunday night through drive thru and the kids didn't get their complete order, the cheese on my burger wasn't melted the burger was cold! I have been trying to ring them and no one is answering the phone! I want reimbursement for the food I didn't get and no one will answer the phone !!
Dirty! Horrible food, unhelpful staff. When I went into this restaurant there was a customer wearing no shoes and shoes with dirty feet and long toenails he should of been asked to leave immediately! So unhygienic and not what people want to see when they're eating!

Hi its a long story but just to let everyone know HJ has failed to take any action regarding the harassment I faced there. I never felt so terrible and the manager Sapana Sapjota threatened us to call polise because I took selfies with my wife
No comments on the food as they all have the same menu.... Some arrogant staff with no value to customers. Not clean. Messy. Have gone 4 times so far and have regret it every time gone. Won't be going anymore.
