Hungry Jack's Burgers Sefton Park

Ordered an extra hot mocha and it turns out to be a plain warm mocha. Which was really bad because we also waited for a bit and thought it would be worth it—but nope. You know what else is weird? Why is this item inside our mocha? At first I thought it was ice that they accidentally put in but it wasn’t when my wife opened the lid to check inside it. Like what the hell is this? Is this a sweetener that we wanted or is this intentional? I don’t think it’s an accidental thing to happen as it wasn’t busy at all. Only one customer after us. Not coming back.

Omg ! Went to the drive in, put an order, but asked to go straight to window put my order to this guy whom i thought was efficient enough to get my order. But I was wrong! Got home found out something is missing. I've mentioned slowly clearly, eggs, sausage, bacon cheese. small meal) NO sausage!..so rang them up, she asked me to go back they'll fix it. Do you think I will ? No way I'll come back ever!

Ordered a whopper cheese meal, didn't have the proper sauce only tomato sauce which was all over the burger bit gross and to top things off I had brown lettuce like if you guys could actually make the meals properly instead of just rushing in out of the place and listen to what was ordered.

Waited for 5+ mins at the counter to be served, food came out reasonably quickly after but left to go home around the corner and the food was stone cold. How can you order at the counter during a busy time period (7:30pm) and chips and burgers are all cold...
